→ Our tours usually include all services from the moment your flight arrives at Korea, where the guide will be awaiting you. All transportations, guide services, meals, accommodation are arranged. But our tours don’t include personal gift, alcoholic beverage.
• Which types of vehicles will we use?
→ We have three types of car. One is a SUV, and the other is 9 seated car, and another is 25 seated mini-bus.
All cars are less than 4 years and are covered in full insurance.
We usually use SUV when our clients are up to 3, but it is subject to availability.
• What hotel categories do you offer?
→ Normally, we deals with luxurious 5 star grade hotels. Because we understand that comfort is a key, we include deluxe accommodations in all itineraries. But for those seeking for lower price, we have prepared a package with hotel variation option including more budget level hotels.
• Can I believe you and make payment safely?
→ If you have any trouble with Happymize Travel, you can ask compensation for the loss from one of double protection system. One is from Paypal. Payments received in your PayPal account may be reversed at a later time. The other is from Seoul Metropolitan Government. They have government clearance for revocation of a license of Happymize Travel.
• When will we get detailed itinerary for our tour?
→ We will send an itinerary an hourly basis after receiving your reservation and a initial payment. (20%)
• What are the characteristics of your tours?
→ One of characteristics in our tour is good and plentiful food. Normally our budget per person for dinner is more than USD 30. As you know, this is impossible price for group tourists. From our experiences, we have learn that good (also enough) food is account for at least 30% of your satisfaction.
Another characteristic in our tour is a flexibility.
Even though you made a perfect plan for your tour with help of us, there were some unexpected things happened. But never mind! Always, our specialists are ready to meet the unexpected situation.
• What is the meaning of private tour?
→ Private tour means the tour for one group. Even though you are alone in your group, if your tour started, no other people won’t be joined.
